How to Use Forair 250 CFC Free Inhaler — Correct Technique

• Shake the inhaler vigorously for at least 5 seconds before each use
• Remove the mouthpiece cap and check there are no obstructions inside
• Breathe out fully and gently — empty your lungs completely before inhaling
• Place the mouthpiece firmly between your teeth and close your lips tightly around it without biting
• Begin inhaling slowly and steadily through your mouth — at the same time, press the canister firmly down once
