• Step 1 — Load the capsule: Hold the Rotahaler vertically (mouthpiece down). Remove a single Fullform Rotacap from the strip. Insert it fully into the square-shaped hole on the top of the Rotahaler — the clear end should face downward.
• Step 2 — Pierce the capsule: Hold the Rotahaler horizontally. Grip the blue and white ends and rotate them in opposite directions as far as they will go, then turn back to the original position. This action pierces both ends of the capsule, releasing the powder.
• Step 3 — Exhale: Breathe out gently and completely away from the mouthpiece. Never breathe into the Rotahaler — moisture from breath will clump the powder and block delivery.
