• Hold the inhaler upright with the red grip at the bottom.

• Breathe out gently away from the inhaler (do not breathe into it).
• Place the mouthpiece between your lips and inhale forcefully and deeply.
• Hold your breath for 10 seconds, then exhale slowly.
