3) Order Verification and Dispatch

To ensure safe and accurate delivery, all orders are dispatched only after verifying your order and delivery details.

  • Invoice: Typically issued within 12 hours of payment
  • Dispatch: Within 48 hours of invoice generation (after verification)
  • Tracking: Shared via email within 48 hours of dispatch

4) Tracking your Shipment

6) Lost, Damaged, or Incomplete Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost, contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate and provide the most appropriate resolution, which may include replacement/reshipment where applicable.
